Triangulating TEL: what’s happening, what do students want and what do staff think about it?

As many readers will already know, the best part of my time here has been spent on a particular piece of work. This began with Eileen Thornton asking me to get to grips with the range of practice across ILT provision. This in turn led to putting online staff and student questionnaires together to delve into a few concepts that have been forming the University TEL Strategy: VITAL Minimum standards; online submission, marking and feedback; and lecture capture.

I presented all of this work today as part of Simon Watmough’s ILT Seminar Series, so I thought it may be of interest to share the slides from the session. I’ve uploaded them to my slideshare account that you can access here.

If you have any questions, etc, feel free to get in touch.
